Terms for using the Morgan public website. This notice applies to the public Morgan preview. Product onboarding will require separate approved terms and notices before account creation.

Public preview only

This website demonstrates the intended Morgan product journey. It does not create an account, connect a service, submit a task, collect payment, or guarantee that a particular workflow is currently available.

Approved actions only

Connected services, memory, background work, action limits, pricing, regulated use, and onboarding terms must be confirmed in the final product agreement. Morgan must not take consequential action beyond the authority granted by the account owner.

Website content

Examples use synthetic data and describe intended workflows. Third-party service names identify intended interoperability and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
